With your venue secured and wedding arrangements in place, attention turns to the details that define your reception's atmosphere and presentation.
Beginning approximately four to six weeks before your wedding, The Wedding Countdown focuses on finalizing your tablescape selections, coordinating installation arrangements, and preparing each element for your celebration.
Through beautifully pressed linens, coordinated tableware, fresh florals, and carefully considered finishing touches, The Warnock Effect creates an elegant, cohesive reception setting that reflects your vision.

Extended Reception Management.
When The Warnock Effect provides professionals requiring ongoing reception supervision, our lead coordinator may remain through the conclusion of the celebration and scheduled breakdown. Extended management hours and any additional staffing are established and priced in advance according to the event schedule.

Your venue must provide the agreed event space, guest tables, and chairs, with the furniture arranged before our installation begins.
You or your contracted vendors are responsible for catering, beverages, dinnerware not specifically included in your proposal, and drinking glasses.
The Warnock Effect supplies the tablescape elements identified in your selected package.
Additional rental requirements must be confirmed before your proposal is finalized

Yes. Our wedding centerpieces feature fuller, dome-shaped arrangements of fresh carnations in our signature clear glass vessels.
You may select your preferred carnation color, subject to availability.
Your fresh carnation arrangements and their glass vessels are yours to keep after the celebration.
We collect only our designated reusable rental inventory.

Personalized Menus & Wedding Details
Personalized printed wedding menus are included with The Wedding Countdown. Coordinating place cards, custom signage, table numbers, favor tags, and other stationery may be added to your proposal.
All personalized wording, guest information, and design selections must receive final approval by the agreed production deadline.

Yes. These are optional styling enhancements available through The Warnock Effect.
We can style a designated wedding cake focal area, dessert table, welcome display, or other selected space using agreed decorative elements from The Warnock Collection.

No. You are welcome to work with your own caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, and other wedding professionals.
We also offer access to our network of trusted event professionals through Concierge Services.
Professionals booked through TWE are coordinated by our team within the scope of their contracted services. We collaborate with independently hired vendors as necessary for our styling and installation arrangements.
Full wedding-day management of outside vendors requires our separate coordination service or your own designated coordinator.

A designated coordinator manages the agreed wedding-day schedule, participating vendors, ceremony processional, reception transitions, and other contracted logistical responsibilities.

With your venue secured, we can accommodate weddings with as little as one week's notice, provided your date is available and the requested styling can be prepared in time.
Personalized menus, specialty décor, and optional enhancements are subject to production timelines and availability.
Wedding-Day Coordination is a separate service and is not required to book The Wedding Countdown.

Our published starting prices establish the foundation for each service.
Your final proposal reflects your guest count, number of tables, selected styling, personalized enhancements, staffing, venue requirements, travel, and any additional coordination services.
We provide a written proposal outlining the agreed services and investment before booking.
Additional requests or changes outside the confirmed scope may require a revised quote.
