For more than thirty years, I have cultivated a discerning palate, an appreciation for exceptional food, and a versatile culinary style inspired by cuisines from around the world. My approach combines premium ingredients, beautifully balanced flavors, and an instinct for presentation that makes dining as visually appealing as it is delicious.
Born and raised in New York City, my journey has taken me through the Caribbean, Canada, and Miami before making Charlotte my home for the past twenty years. These cultural influences have shaped my appreciation for distinctive flavors, sophisticated design, and the art of entertaining.
I have developed a refined eye for color, composition, and the details that make an occasion extraordinary. Alongside my design career, I have planned and created intimate gatherings and elegant celebrations for family, friends, and private clients, bringing together my passion for exceptional food and beautiful surroundings.
